The IPC2 panel governs a system consisting of two centrifugal pumps, driven by an asynchronous motor. The system keeps the pressure constant, regardless of the fluid flow and manages the alternation between the pumps at regular time intervals.
The switchboard is mainly designed in the distribution of water for civil use for medium and large users. The delivery pressure is monitored by a K16 type pressure sensor, which gives an output of 4-20mA.
